Since last December you have made me feel things again

Surprises that come only in a dream

Since the first time that I laid eyes on you

We shared a melody or two

And I would always be true to you

If you are just as true to me too

And those thoughts of telling you just how I feel

Those words and what they mean is something real

It’s me standing vulnerable in front of you
